Tom and Linda Hoffman, Owners, are in on the day to day operations and are very hands on with their business.

High Country Home Concierge started in 2006 somewhat by accident, by helping a family member with their second home. Through word of mouth, we quickly grew into a business. At that point, we knew we wanted to be different from the average company so we strived to help our clients have the best experience possible when they were vacationing in Park City.

I have been using High Countey Home Concierge for the last five years and have had extremely good services. I own and manage various seasonal rental homes around Park City Utah and depend on High Country Home Concierge for not only cleaning of the units but also utilizing them as a second pair of eyes for reviewing the property before and after guest check in.
High Country Home Concierge has also provided me a peace of mind when I have needed to travel out of town and be away from my properties during the high season. They have provided maintenance to my homes when I was not available to address guest requests, missing items, guests concerns, maintenance issues, etc. I consider High Country Home Concierge a partner in my business and could not be successful without them.
