Sea To Ski

I have been so pleased with our relationship with Sea to Ski. While we got off to a bit of a rocky start, the team was extremely open and responsive to my feedback and has been nothing but excellent since. They do a wonderful job of caring for our home while we are away and taking care of all of the necessary details for our visits and for our renters--nothing but 5 star reviews! I would highly recommend Sea to Ski to anyone with a second home in Park City.

My experience with Sea to Ski in Park City has been exceptional. They have taken care of two houses for me and I have had zero problems with their service. We recently bought a new home and have probably overtaxed them with requests while getting the home set up. They have delivered promptly and professionally with every request. I don't know what I would do without them. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.

Just like all of the other service vendors in park city these days this company has no work ethic and will try and rip you off at every turn. I would say find someone else but in general any service industry out there stinks.

Sea to Ski had managed our property for several years. In the last year we moved to Park City full-time and ended our home management contract. While we were on a recent weekend trip, a neighbor noticed that our irrigation system had a burst water line and was spewing water. Unable to reach us, they contacted Sea to Ski. Scott and Will from Sea to Ski responded quickly and professionally, even though their contract with us had ended.

They were able to reach us, explain what was going on, drive out to the property, survey the situation and get things taken care of. They had always been great in managing our property, but we would have never expected such great service after we had ended our contract. Glad to be a part of the Sea to Ski family!

Our company met Teri and Sea to Ski Properties through Park City Landscaping. We have done many projects for them over the years. They are responsive, helpful, and provide outstanding service. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them again.

I would strongly recommend you avoid working with this company. I met with them and I was so excited about their services. I signed a contact and gave them a copy of my key and my garage code - not an easy leap of faith but I felt I could trust them. Then within two days one of the managers called to tell me that the person who offered me the contract didn't charge me enough and "I wouldn't be happy with the service they provided because when they got busy they would have to support people who paid more" - then she cancelled my contract.

I have led experience design teams for the last 18 years and I can tell you with 100% certainty, this organization will not deliver the experience you are expecting - you can not trust them to honor what they say.

As a landscape maintenance contractor in Park City we work with several property management companies in town so I have a really good gauge on what companies do a great job. In my experience Sea to Ski has been nothing short of perfect. They are well staffed, very organized, extremely responsive, bills get paid on time and I have been very impressed with their pro activeness. If you are a second home owner or HOA looking for a PM. You can only find a company that will be as good as Sea to Ski, not better.
