Marilyn helped us buy our home in Orlando. We were living in Tennessee and had a short time frame for moving here to Orlando, so she was shopping for us while we were still working and unable to come down to view the properties. I let her know what we were looking for and she picked a home for us and made the contract in her own name with a clause to assign the contract to us if we liked it when we came down.
