Committees Report

Promote the ARM designation & the ACoM certification in the industry and throughout the community through educational programs and community involvement. Provide guidance and assistance to candidates and applicants for candidacy as well as familiarize them with IREM. The primary responsibility of the Communications Committee is to make the community more aware of IREM and the CPM, AMO, and ARM designations through marketing efforts (social engagement, podcasts/youtube, marketing/branding, tech management).

Is dedicated to promoting growth for Young Professionals, IREM and the Asset and Property Management fields by providing Educational & Social Networking Mixers in a casual, progressive and fun environment. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

Industry Partner Inquiry Report

The IREM Industry Partner program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.
