The worst management company we've dealt with in the 30 years owning a condo in Ft Myers, FL. They need to do more managing of their sub contractors and the communities they get PAID to manage!

I used to live in this community until a August of last year. They charged me for HOA dues when I was not living at the community and I have continued to follow up with them to understand when I will get reimbursed for the amount. They originally told me to submit a ticket, which I did in early January if this year. Even in doing that, I have yet to hear back.

I continue to call their office yet every time I call, the person I need to chat with or the accounting team is never available. They have left "urgent" messages and have promised that a manager or higher up will call me back same day but that has yet to happen. I'm frustrated at the lack of communication or transparency with this company. Clearly they are either not organized or not correctly staffed to properly do their job. I'll continue to call but my hopes in leaving this review is that someone will finally get back to me about the money I am owed.

One star is an overstatement. God forbid you need help with something you will be greeted rudely if at all by LINDA. The worst representative I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Someone give this lady a vacay because she needs one. So rude throwing her hands in the air and taking deep quick breaths to "calm herself down" IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE WAITING ROOM.

I brought everything i needed and she asked me for a ton of extra stuff that was completely unnecessary i had more than enough proof of my residence but her and her nasty attitude didn't want to listen. She just kept getting upset if you don't like your job QUIT. and when i called her out on it she claimed she was not frustrated but she was shaking her head no and sighing loudly.

I answered her questions several times and she just kept repeating the same question and looking at me like i was stupid. I was visably holding back tears and she just kept goin and giving attitude. She kept contradicting herself on the documents she said i needed and when i tried to clarify she said "i already said what you needed ill tell you AGAIN" Terrible, rude, unprofessional, condescending, disrespectful, unhelpful, uncooperative, miserable human being. i hope someone treats her as "kindly" as she did me. I have told everyone and anyone about how rude this lady is so they don't come here ever. Please fire her or teach her basic manners and etiquette.

This company is horrendous and any 5 star reviews are probably generated by them in an attempt to distort their actual service to a community. They were handling a community Bella Terra which I owned a condo there for one year never fixing repairs in a timely fashion. Closing down the clubhouse bathrooms for 3 months due to a small leak and having residents using porto potties in the parking lot for 3 months is ridiculous.

I reported that my condo bulb at my front door which is timed to go on with everyone elses was burned out and I needed it replaced to see the lock. After reporting this twice, which was documented, and wasn't replaced, I was forced to replace the bulb. While back at my primary residence I receive a letter from them that I replaced the bulb with one that didn't fit their requirements and had 2 weeks to remove it or be fined.

They dropped that threat and finally replaced the bulb when I demonstrated my notifying them. They took 3 months to resurface the main pool during red tide that hit the area. They never serviced broken exercise machines reported during the year that I owned the condo there. Any HOA board hiring or thinking of hiring this company will be doing a disservice to their development.

Needs to be updated. HOA needs to do something about the people who rent going down at 9 a.m. when the pool opens and taking tables and chairs and saving them. When others go down to actually sit there is no seats available. Redicolus.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness The property manager is never available, "in a meeting, not in her office, not answering her phone, " No communication to keep homeowners updated on repair request. This is the worst company I've had the misfortune to work with. After numerous repair request I've hired an independent company and will forward the bill to Alliant.

I have never seen such gross incompetence in my life as it relates to how Alliance property management executes property management functions relative to the homeowners they serve. They are so one sided. I called their to change my address i spoke to a customer service agent I was told that I have to complete a form. I don't want to complete a form.

They can't even update my address accurately. I have already completed this function once before. I received an assessment late notice with a fine of 18% interest fee. Since when do property management companies have a charter Banks are chartered and can charge interest. They can't even send a letter to the correct address. Completely disappointed.

Before moving to a community, check the ratings of the property management company. I lived here for 10 years and it's been a headache to say the least. The respond to about 1/2 of my emails (and I don't have many requests), instead of calling/emailing me to get payment for a "special assessment" from hurricane damage they sent me a letter (that got lost) and sued me for not paying it costing me thousands $'s in legal fees (I was outraged), I've asked they fix my carport for a few years and they never got to it, and not friendly staff. Avoid them at all costs.

I have the BEST experience with Alliant Property Management. I'm a long time resident of a residential development consisting of about 650 units in Fort Myers. Throughout the years, Alliant has shown the highest level of solid expertise. Especially Jonathan and Erika (CAM) are both highly professional and awesome people as well. As the HOA board president of another complex I just had the opportunity to involve Alliant as well. Thanks for your awesome work :-)
