Nicole Crespo & Kelsi Meredith were contacted by me on a Thursday regarding a property where I am property manager for the owner. A new tenant was arriving from out of state and wanted to move in by Monday which was less than the 5 days they ask for. After personally delivering the application and documents to Kelsi and Nicole, I mentioned the tenants timeline, not expecting to get this approved by Monday. Nicole contacted me the NEXT day on Friday and informed me that they got the approval. Nicole and Kelsi, you ROCK! Thank you so much. Way to set the example of customer service in the industry!
