Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They're absolute crooks. Should be shut down, will have your car towed if you challenge or question their shady practices.

Just simply bad in all ways possible. Impossible to get to management, project owners pay never looked over to make sure contractors did the job. Poorly managed overall and extremely expensive. Board member allowed to work even many reports were made against the man who simply was abusing "power" he actually didn't have and has attacked several owners over the years all reported to management.one word unprofessional, slow and simply did not maintain property letting all to ruin. So grateful to have chance with new company that hopefully will fix all this mess left.

Do not do business with this company. She (owner) Is worthless. Our HOA recently cut ties with them and it took 2 months to get our money transferred to our new Management Company. We had to hire an Attorney and threaten to sue her for it Before she turning over our funds. The day we were headed for the courthouse to file papers, she finally took care of getting us our funds. RUN AWAY IF YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH HER. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They do not keep up with payments worst. Property looks like the projects.dues are 145 for nothing Holly Hills does not return calls and is rude and nasty

This company exhibits poor customer service and proper follow up time. I have called this office everyday to request a proper clean up due to the exterior of my building that houses massive spider webs and accumulated debris. Entering and exiting the building there is no way to know if you are walking into spider webs until you do, which I was bitten.

That was a horrible experience. The Exterior has remained filthy throughout each season for the last 3 years all I'm asking is for the webs and debris be removed going into the fall.

They will tow your car with no warning and when you call say "what's your point" This was because I had a crack in my windshield and now I'm out 300 to get my car back. Seriously the worst service I've come across in this city. Look elsewhere.

This property management group have the worst service I have ever experienced. I left 3 times VMs for a leakage of irradiation pipe line. There is never response. So the problem keep going and my scrawl space have lot of water accumulation due to leakage from the water pipe line under their responsibilities. How can a property management group only take money but never take responsibilities even without responding a customer's request for at least a phone call.
