DON'T DO IT, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. No one answers the phone, they won't fix your problems. They do not care. Defintion of slum lords. Won't ever get back with you in a reasonable time. They only care about money. You have to clean any property you move into. You have to ask for basic things an apartment should need. Our apartment didn't even have blinds when we first moved in.

Our dishwasher had dirty water sitting in it. Water has a nasty onion smell to it, you will have bugs, the trash will stay full. I fell down some unsafe stairs at our property. Its an endless headache. Our water had a color to it at the Corona Street unit. Our Ac unit messed up & they installed a window unit & messed up our blinds in the process. These pictures show the unsafe stairs and this is "AFTER" they fixed them after I fell. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me you don't wont to deal with this. LAWSUIT WAITNG TO HAPPEN.

I have been desk with Baldwin properties for 12 years. Terrible service, original property manager left. He was pretty good about keep things fixed and up to date. Because of personal reasons he then refuse to fix property which led to mildew and other problems in my home. Baldwin does not fix anything. I have a sink problem for almost 2 years. No one will come and fix or answer the phones. Tried to move only for them to turn me down stating someone already had the house.

I felt like it was a lie. They just did not want to rent to me. Jason Severt was a go to person but not trusting of his professionalism at. I would not rent from them and currently looking to move. Just a bad company all around.

Over 15 years and no issues really. Handyman work is a lil shotty but when I call for Maintenance, whomever they send shows up in a timely manner.

Mindy Lowe is our property manager and she's phenomenal. She's super responsive, organized, and gets things taken care of for us. She is head and shoulders above our previous property management company. I don't know what we'd do without her!

I have rented from Baldwin for two years, working with Mindy Lowe as our property manager. She has been responsive, friendly, and helpful in times that we needed her. Maintenance requests for the most part were dealt with very promptly. Overall I have had a good experience and have enjoyed my time living in a Baldwin-operated home.

We have rented through Baldwin for around 2.5 years and have had a great experience specifically with Mindy. She is responsive and helpful! We enjoy using the online portal to submit maintenance requests and to pay rent. Our maintenance requests are usually addressed within days, and Mindy follows up to make sure it is completed.

Mindy Lowe with Baldwin Properties has been our Condo Association Property Manager since October of 2019. She inherited a mess but got it cleaned up quickly. Mindy is effective and efficient and reacts quickly to problems that come up. She anticipates problems and alerts us with potential solutions. She handles all of our budget items accurately and thoughtfully. I am the Condo Associations president and I enjoy working with Mindy.

Baldwin Properties has been amazing to us for the past few years! Always diligent with work orders and understanding and flexible on many topics! They always make my family and I feel welcome and are great managers and staff! Pre COVID and Post COVID they have always been active and responsive to tenant related issues or questions! If you don't already know them, stop in and get to know how nice and professional the whole team is!

Also a special shout out to Mindy Lowe for always having our backs and being fair and understanding since we have known her! Thanks for all your hard work and everything you do for the tenants and the owners too!

Mindy Lowe at Baldwin is our property manager. She has many contacts and past experience that helps her get things done promptly and she follows up to ensure that we get value from the suppliers. She always sees things from many viewpoints - as a renter, as a property owner, as a customer service representative and as a realtor. Emma in the Accounting Department is courteous and helpful in helping me understand the financials for the property. Baldwin is a good value for us.

SLUM LORDS. Baldwin Properties is a cooperate slumlord preying on vulnerable families and low income individuals. Terrible customer service and horrendous property management. They are renting properties where the appliances have been physically ripped out, light fixtures are broken, doors are missing knobs, tub faucets are detached from the tub wall, etc. They have no care or concern for anyone and only care about bottom dollar. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY.
