Cornerstone Apartments

I like this place, but don't understand how is it that the give you the apartment full of roaches, countertops almost falling apart, painted over spiders and pinestraws and bugs, the paint touch up was poor, details on the floor, painting details on the balcony, pest control seems like they're spraying water, they don't seem to have enough maintenance people since it took 2 months to take care of our tickets, and besides the apartment I got was "renovated ".

I do have to say that Cynthia, Liz, Maria and a Colombian maintenance guy are AMAZING. They're the people that work hard and make you wanna stay in this place because of the way they help you out with stuff. But they're all leaving so I don't really know what's gonna happen to this apartment complex. The pool is not open on summertime and besides the 24/7 gym is only open on office hours (don't we have jobs?). A log of opportunity to get better since there's a lot of potential here. It's sad.

Living in this place is terrible since the Rowen took over and bought the apartment complex. It took them three months to come and fix our stove and they were supposed to replace the front door but still haven't done so. It's June 12th and the pool is still not open for whatever reason. They used to blow out the breeze ways because of the large amount of pine straw that accumulates, they don't do that anymore.

They have fired or made every good employee quit because nobody wants to work for them. This place is a joke. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into this place. Before the Rowen took over it was a decent place to live but not anymore. It's terrible. BEWARE. I miss Cynthia, Liz, Maria, and the Columbian maintenance guy. All these people were good employees and nice folks.

They are all gone now because they all quit. Nobody wants to work for this place and I cannot blame them for quitting. I wouldn't work for this place either. BEWARE of the The Rowen!

I've been trying to contact this apartment for a couple days now, no one seems to get back to you or answer the phone.

I've been living in Cornerstone for about 2 years now. It's been an overall pleasant experience compared to other apartments I've lived at in Atlanta. The staff is very helpful and great price for a really roomy apartment. Just wish there was more security around or visible security cameras.

We have been living for 2 years and I don't understand why there are bad comments. The administration is really good, I thank LIZ THAT HELP US FIND OUR APARTMNET AND THAT I CALL HER if I have a problem in my apartment, quickly take action on the same day or the next. my husband and my son and I are super grateful to live here. Thank you.

I lived at Cornerstone for 1 year. My lease ended May 31st and I sent a request saying that I didn't intend to renew my lease. They put a vacate form in my door that I filled out and turned in. I forgot to turn off auto pay and they charged me a month to month rate for July. I told them I filled the form out but they lost it and told me that I was going to have to pay the extra money and they let me turn my keys in before mentioning that.

Then eventually found it and it took almost a month to get my check on the mail. If you rent with them they photos of your lease and vacate form because they will charge you. Your mistake or theirs. They also towed my car for an expired tag Sep tag and got towed in October 2020 and I called and asked if they did and they lied and said no. I reported my car stolen to the police and it cost extra money to get it from the tow yard. The trash piles up all the time. Huge piles and the trash fee, water, sewer fee isn't included in rent. So factor in an extra $40-$50 per month.

My name is Toney, I have lived at Cornerstone Apartments four years. There are many great reasons why I love living at Cornerstone, some of my most wonderful reasons are; (The property management team's professionalism and kind, caring residents and customer service. The maintenance crew are very professional and kind, addressing any of my maintenance work orders in a timely fashion.

The apartment community has a no nonsense approach on negativity or crime in the apartment community. We have an enrichment program that helps and assist residents with various things and functions to promote healthy, safe, educational and fun events.)

Every night someone just knocks on my door, really loud and runs. It's very scary and unpleasant. I just move here and so far my experience has been awful. What can you guys do about this?! I don't think this is fun at all.

I don't usually review, but this time I am. It is impossible to contact someone and when them you do they rush you off the phone. The service was not good at all. I WAS interested in renting an apartment and understand that due to COVID no apartments are being shown, so I was referred over to the video. The video advertised for the one bedroom apartment is a RENOVATED unit and looks completely different from the CLASSIC unit listed on the website.

When I was asking questions to make sure I'm clear I was given a VERY LONG list of the major differences between the units. Long story short the apartment advertised on the video is not the same as the classic units. Seems dishonest. You won't know what your apartment looks like until you compete the process and you're LOCKED IN for 6,9,12,o r13 months. Wasn't explained thoroughly and the staff could be a little more nicer and patient when speaking with potential clients. My apartment search continues and I was really excited about this place.

The rating is based on the view of someone shopping around for apartments. No one was bothering anyone else's mail. The pool is huge. There was a nice little family playing in the tennis court so its very family-oriented. It was quiet when we visited. The apartment was shockingly massive and for the price we didn't expect that. It seems like alot of working class people live here. The rooms were big with walk-in closets. The only thing we can say is it looks dated on the outside but who really cares as long as you're safe and happy.

I have lived here for over five years. It is a quiet and pleasant place to be. The management team is wonderful. Very convenient to Marta, highways, shopping and great restaurants.

I had very bad experience in the apartment 1806. Service is very bad. Toilet has problem, they fix it 4-6 times still same problem, Doesn't flash correctly. Have to flash it 3,4 times. Asked to change it they didn't. Stove has problem too, asked them to change it they didn't. Increase rent without notice not even year yet. So I am moving from this apartment. Specially 1806 apartment is not Good. Don't get it. Not recommend people. Don't get it.

I never write reviews but this is a special occasion. It's not even worth the cheap rent to stay here. I've recorded video of the racist staff that won't even talk to to you if you're not Hispanic! No water twice in one week, black mold, and a broken AC.all documented. I will be contacting corporate TI everyday until I get a response and my lawyer, the lazy and rude staff here are running this community to the ground. Avoid this place like the plague.
