Slum lords. These people have left a dangerous eyesore in East Cobb for 20+ years. The property owner refuses to sell for a reasonable sum and the management company lets the site fall apart. The parking lot has huge holes. The buildings are falling apart. Thanks for ruining the neighborhood!
