Hello Management Team: I am lately dealing with one of your Keller Property Mgmt manager- Deb Willmott regarding some of my unit claim related matters. And, I wanted to share with you that she has been a great person to work with. She was such helpful and resourceful where all needed information were received without any hassel. She is a great person and very cool and calm personality. She is very kind and approachable. Not many times, we come across such nice people from Property Management organization. The home management company will not keep any part of the outside of my home up to date. Part of the gutters have not been touched in 3 years. They won't trim or cut trees down because it's too Michael money for the budget. My foundation is coming apart, and they said we will look at it later. If yours is worse than others, we will put you first-hand one the list. Too many issues.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. They are the most unprofessional, unresponsive property management company I have ever had to deal with, and I have been renting for 10 years. My vehicle was impounded when correctly parked in a visitor spot. It was the only vehicle towed, even though there were 3 other vehicles parked in similar areas at the same time.
When I tried to reach out to this company to get clarification, I had to leave 5 voicemails, speak with 3 people, and continue to get the run around as to why this would have happened. Beth was extremely rude and was completely unhelpful. She even refused to answer the voicemails I left for her and probably had no intention of calling us back-I just got 'lucky' one day and was able to speak with her.
She provided no answers as to why it was towed, and gave me the run around basically saying there was nothing we could do, just send our landlord to the next board meeting to voice his concerns. We will absolutely not be renewing our lease at this place. I caution ANYONE from renting from any of their properties.

Customer service is a joke! We pay these people an obscene amount of money in HOA fees to these people in order for them to manage our association which contracts our services in order to make our neighborhood function. One of these services our neighborhood receives are snow removal services. Living in an end unit our unit continually gets neglected.
Being a firefighter I work 48 hour shifts, can't be there during every snow storm to shovel the driveway for the girlfriend and shouldn't have to being we pay for that service. So I contact these jokers and the gentleman on the phone proceeds to get a lot of attitude with me. Last time I checked this is a customer service industry. I don't work for you, I pay you, you help me, that's how it goes.
I explain our situation about how my girlfriends car is once again stuck at the bottom of the driveway due to continual neglect. He raises his voice stating "I am not the only one who wants there driveway done right after it snows!" If the idiot would listen those were never my expectations, I do however expect the work done! Horrible company, I will be finding my points of contacts within the board and letting them know about this excuse of a management company.
