When you have a vacancy or an upcoming vacancy, call our office at 559-261-0208 and ask for a leasing agent. Our agent will get pertinent information from you regarding the property and will make arrangements to get a key. A listing sheet will be prepared and distributed to our leasing agents, and a copy will be sent to you for verification of the information.

I have leased a property in Fresno for 5 years, and it has been managed by two property management companies. After three years, the management contract with the first company was taken over by Tylar, and I was concerned that the new company would not be as responsive as my previous management company. However, as you can see by the five-star rating above, Tylar has been a fabulous company to deal with, seamlessly taking care of the grounds, pest control, and maintenance. I could not ask for a more professional company to work with.

I was with Realty Concepts when I signed my contract to rent my first apartment. Then my roommate and I were notified that TyLar was taking over. We had two major things that needed to be fixed while renting. We were always told that someone would get back to us on fixing these things, no one ever contacted or got back to us. Upon moving out, an agent said that carpet cleaning would not cost more than a certain dollar amount, it was more than what she said it would be.
When confronted, she said she never quoted or gave us an estimation on how much it was going to cost. I have three other people that heard her make that statement. I was then told that the refund from our deposit was going to be in my name only, so I could then do the banking. They put the check in my name and my roommates name. So now I can't deposit the check unless my roommate is present with me. We have completely different work schedules. As for this being my first experience as a renter, I was very dissatisfied and did not feel helped at all.

1) They charge you for all kind of maintenance to the properties without have your permission. 2) There was a problem to the tenant didn't pay the rent, but they didn't let you know until I called them to ask why there's no rent incoming. They didn't do things to help you to solve the issue. The guy in charge of my property didn't stand on my side, he stand on the tenant's side. In conclusion never have business with them.

This property has a ton of office space with a lot of great businesses within the space. They have a real estate office, job coaching office, many offices that assist individuals with disabilities, as well as a Domino's Pizza next to it and the parking lot is a great size but it doesn't have much shade so your car will get pretty hot during the summer. Feel free to contact the property manager to hopefully have your business in this area!

Finished a 1-year lease and have nothing but positive feelings. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and scheduled efficiently and flexibly. The staff can get busy as the company manages MANY properties spread across a wide socioeconomic spectrum. They deal with plenty of crap so they can be frank and business only sometimes, but still able to answer questions or find someone who can. I'm hoping they can process rent electronically in the near future, but I still think they deserve 5 stars. Thanks especially to Veronica, Zaray, and Nicole.
