Dunlap & Magee Property MGMT

I have been trying to contact this place for months now. So many times in my search for a home various times people often direct me to this company. Irs crazy because lots of people say have yoi tried dunlap and Magee. So ill try them again no luck then down the line they names comes up again so I try to call again lol no one answer the phone when you push 10.

So I tried to randomly leave a message for the president because they give you the whole staffs extensions in there message. but still no response from the voicemail left at front desk or the president or emails. So im sorry just being honest.

They are corrupt they take social security people's money. Don't know how to fix things. Rooms are luxury jail cells. And yes I have put complaints so has many other people things can't be fixed right is always an issue they are slumlords.

I searched up Dunlap & Magee Property because they are adorable Apt which means low income based apartments and been applying for different apartments with this management it's a 6ms to 3yr waiting list but is worth the wait

Manage y is inconsistent and they do not care about the health and well being of tenants or staff! Currently tested positive for COVID and tried to reschedule apartment inspection to prevent from COVID infecting staff but we were told that inspection will continue as planned. The blatant disregard of health is sickening and will be letting everyone I know that DUNLAP AND MAGEE does not about anything but money. Disgusting!

The employees are not nice people I've called there about 20 times and it goes too voicemail 18 times out of 20 and the 2 times I was able too get ahold of them the person didn't know if they had available apartments and the 2nd time they hung up on me.

The company or Property Mgmt Co. 7 mths ago I applied at about every one of their properties. I contacted the company several times by email asking for help. Not once did they ever contact me back, nor did Dunlap & Magee offer any help to get me housing. I guess like every thing else in life it's all about money, they don't seem to see the human being.or for some reason never seen me.never offered any assistance.

Edit 10/19/2021: This company is going from bad to worse and very quickly. Edit 10/4/2021: It would be nice if I could get ahold of someone. I have been calling since last week. They seem to care about residents, communication lacks a bit, but they are good at what they do.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Flat out worst experience I've ever had with a company. It's not worth the money saved according to people I've spoken to who have had to deal with them, but my incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience I have had with them. If you take the chance, good luck to you.

This apartment company don't care for your well-being. There's suds leaking from walls and nobody came to check it out. The fields are constantly flooded with water from broken sprinklers. It's super dark at night because outside because 3/5 post lamps would be out consistently. The sides of the apartment complex that people don't see will maybe have one light on.

It feels extremely unsafe to go outside once the sun set. They only have security to monitor the front of the office and their precious laundry room. Any request will be out under "well we don't have money for this" when the front office area is the only place where it looks immaculate and nicely trimmed. The rest of the apartment complex looks run down and dirty.

There are areas in the back that would flood and start to smell like sewage and NOBODY came to fix it. We had to unclog it ourselves so our surrounding won't smell like pure garbage. We had black mold in our bathroom and it took so many phone calls and visits to the office to get it done. It took maybe over a month before they came to put linoleum OVER the mold.

Excellent help, information, and community orientation. The professional demeaning of the company and employees are exemplary to the way real estate and property questions or concerns should be handled.

I've stayed at a few properties before and I loved the fact they accepted when others didn't but lately I have contacted the main office multiple times regarding managers not reaching out to me from properties and no one has done anything about it. The person who emails clients just rubbed the situation off and tagged the properties on the email to contact me. When I informed her once again no one was reaching nothing was done

My advice is to make sure that you aren't sensitive! With my experience staff be little's you! Talks down to you! And flat out makes you feel like are beneath them! My property manager Vanessa Powell has written me up for hear say and speculation which she admits to in writing! I know there are renters rights as well and I need to know how I can defend my side of the story!

Well true to my word i update: I must say they are Good guys lol quick response time on their reviews! I sincerely appreciate your response time as well as your desire to want to rectify any reason I may have a bad review but I honestly can say now that I've reached you I cant wait to speak to you! And I never leave any bad reviews unless there is absolutely no redeeming efforts even attempted or redeeming values displayed and, Dunlap & Magee, you have graciously done both! Stars are through the roof for just that alone!

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been an on going situation with property manager and corporate don't seem to care or even address the issues, it's more of a game where they say what you hear, just to get you off their line. The manager of the property of where I live thinks she can tell and scream at residents she is on a major power trip.when we call corporate to inform them of the situation they give you a number call us with any issues or concerns we will take care of it right away they say but.yeah that is a bunch of bull $#!*. Would I recommend this place.yes to my worst enemy.
