Central Management, Inc. (CMI) was founded by Houston real estate professional Vic Vacek in 1978. With over 41 years of dedicated Commercial Real Estate experience and licensed in Texas and Oklahoma, the CMI team thoroughly understands the intricacies of the Houston and Dallas Real Estate markets in a way that few others do. This familiarity offers real estate investors an edge both from a leasing and an asset management perspective.

The CMI team has over a century of combined industry experience in servicing clients through the full life cycle of commercial real estate. We are actively involved in our community via charities and outreach groups. Our team members are certified with various groups including the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed.
Today's competitive market requires a comprehensive approach when leasing commercial properties. One facet is an aggressive marketing plan since custom marketing ensures that a property is leased promptly and in a manner consistent with the Landlord's overall objectives. In addition, steps must be taken to maximize asset value and increase a property's cash flow.
CMI and each of its Senior Associates successfully navigated through the 1980's commercial real estate cycle in Texas-yet we are keenly aware that the current cycle is uncharted; thus, we employ a "team" oriented approach by combining the knowledge and skills set of all of our Associates which provides for a more objective and effective representation.

Vic Vacek is rude and arrogant. I don't care to elaborate. This post is not the most professional, as I actually NEVER write bad reviews; however, I just had most unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful conversation with Victor in a 2 minute span. I will never want to do business with him and the "bigger fish" he needs to fry (as he stated to me, upon letting me know he hasn't even attempted to run my application). #Disappointed #MovingForward
