The CMI team has over a century of combined industry experience in servicing clients through the full life cycle of commercial real estate. We are actively involved in our community via charities and outreach groups. Our team members are certified with various groups including the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed.

One facet is an aggressive marketing plan since custom marketing ensures that a property is leased promptly and in a manner consistent with the Landlord's overall objectives. In addition, steps must be taken to maximize asset value and increase a property's cash flow.
