Buzz was called into service with the U.S. Air Force during WWII, served as a bombardier in 30 missions. Buzz took $2,000 saved in the military and opened A&A Key Shop, which provided locksmith services. A&A Key Shop grew into A&A Key and Builders Supply, a retail establishment selling everything from nails to televisions.

What a greedy company, we have paid storage rent for about 9 years for a where house with no electrical bare minimum for 800.00 a month (located in Olivehurst meth captitol of the world) not in the best area. 2 years ago they more than doubled the rent to 1,980.00. We continued to pay such a ridiculous amount with no complaints. Now that we are experiencing hardship due to the Coronavirus we have been late with our rent waiting for the PPA program to be paid this month, we wanted to make payroll for our employees before paying large bills but we have received emails after emails demanding payment and to include late fees.
My husband called and spoke to an Yvette who was rude and told him until he paid the rent for the month she would not speak to him about renegotiating the rent or give us any help in delaying the payment. Stay away from anything rented out by this company and don't even bother talking to this Yvette. Rude and disrespectful as hell. They don't even deserve the one star.

Zac Sweet, You need to start respecting other sales agents when you get a call from them to sell a Building. why do you send emails or flyers when you dont want to work with other agents? i called you on three different occasions and each time you said "I dont corporate with other sales agents" why not? your the only professional one? You have created a bad name for yourself in the real estate industry within Sacramento.
Anybody I talk to, they always talk down when your name comes up. what kind of example are you trying to set? if you are the Vice president of Buzz Oates, that doesn't mean anything to anyone. This is the hard truth that everyone talks about you. You need to start working with other agents if you want a good reputation.
