At American River Property Management, our standard operational procedure includes regular preventive maintenance inspections. We believe regular maintenance of our properties is essential to a long term relationship with our clients and our tenants as well. Preventive maintenance is the key to keeping our clients operating cost low and profit margins high.
Our goal is to make your investment as profitable and trouble free as possible. Your property will be rented at current market rates. We provide firm yet courteous enforcement of tenant rules and obligations, provide cost effective maintenance, and communicate with you promptly and as often as needed.
Timeline to process will generally be between 2-3 days, and delays may occur if necessary information is unavailable. We will contact the credit bureau to review your personal credit history Your application could be refused if your credit bureau report shows a history of unpaid charges, late payments, etc.
