This management assoc does not care about tenants one bit, instead they care only for collecting the rent. In some places which they have put any assigned parking to remedy any problems, or have made any major renovations. During this health crisis, you would think they would care for the tenants who are experiencing financial hardships due to job loss by reaching to those who are affected.
You have in read where landlords have waived one months rent in the news in some places. The management have not sent one word to console those people. I am very much disappointed of them.
