Property Management Report

It is easy to plan for the expected, but when the boiler fails, sewer pipes flood basement units, or roof leaks render a unit uninhabitable, is your building ready? At Beacon Services, we plan and prepare for the big and for the small. We understand the dynamics of each condominium, the unique problems of each building, and how to solve these problems.

City of Boston Census Report

The City of Boston requires us to submit the building census each year. The City Census Letter and Form is the mandate we are required to follow. Please enter the applicable information for each resident of the unit. We forward this information to the Elections Department as required. Please submit each person individually on each pass of the form.

Maintenance Report

At Beacon Services, not only do we manage the building, but we can also take care of a number of other things. Do you need reliable cleaning of common areas? Is the trash discarded according to city regulations? Does the lobby look shabby with peeling paint or plaster? By Foot - We are located off Charles Street just two doors down from River Street. Look for the puddy colored door with the large horse head above the front of the building, that's us. From North of Boston - Take route 93 south to the storrow drive exit. On Storrow Drive take the Mass General Cambridge Street.

Good crew. They know the history of thier buildings and get to know thier residents by name. They're catching up on some 2021 technology but hey, it's Beacon Hill.

Unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They didn't update the building directory for 2+ years and never fixed the intercom. Ordinary emails and calls would go unanswered for days or longer. When you finally get them on the phone, they're flat-out rude.
