The South End's very own ghetto. Expect constant notices about cars being vandalized and robbed. Reminder notices for the residents not to act like children. Old misers "just making sure you're going to put that in the trash." Not a single hello. But they will stare at you. Impossible to tell the difference between gunshots and fireworks. Couriers and Park Place handymen never showing up and when they do having an attitude you've never seen.
We used to get notices when the plow would come. Now we get notices not to shovel a fellow neighbors car in. Don't bring your children. Do install a Ring camera like every other person because they're all stealing your mail or god knows what. And better have that pepper spray because they'll walk right up to you and ask how you could possibly throw out household trash in the dumpster.
Oh and did I mention everyone messes with each other's recycling but there's no dumpster for it. Once a week pickup in this ghetto! For the cost of your own security/peace of mind, just live somewhere decent with modern amenities. Then you don't have to get paranoid about being stabbed for taking your kitchen trash out or where you place your weekly recycling (to the point where you spend $500 on a stab proof vest).

Admittedly, I have no experience with the management company itself, I am just adding my 2 cents about the planning and architecture and look of their Cherry St, Burlington luxury starting at half a million apartment complex called Westlake Residence. It seemed to be built by people who have absolutely no sense of aesthetics or of future decay. I can't comment on the interior, but the exterior had aged horribly on just a few years.
Tiny sliding windows are out of the 1960s and placed in the most perfunctory, obvious and dull arrangement, and the metal lpic tops look dirty and cheap. From the lake, from a distance, the complex looks almost ghetto like, especially nestled up against the modest but stylish Marriott. It's just sad to see such lack of vision and creativity in the planning of something seemingly destined to make a quick buck versus offering people added value.

The management company couldn't care less about the residents. Strict about having a door mat however landscaping and trash will be taking place at 4:30 am on any given day. Emails in all caps about being home for scheduled hvac maintenance, but when running ahead they let themselves into our apartment without permission before the scheduled time.
Any time we have brought an issue to the property manager she either doesn't respond or is incredibly unhelpful. For what we pay to live here I would think they would be more courteous and considerate or at the bare minimum helpful.

Honestly this management company is somewhat of a disappointment. The staff is not considerate about quiet hours when scheduling maintenance, are unhelpful when asked to fix issues and don't take resident's personal space and security into account. I pay a small fortune to live where I do and I could not be more frustrated with this company. It seems at least once a month I have an issue with them. If you like being woken up before 6am by maintenance scheduled use this company, if not, find someone else.
