I have listed 9 plus houses with Shamrock Realty, I am always impressed how fast they sell, usually leas then a week. In addition, there is a great understanding of the ever changing market allowing me to maximize my potential for each sale. The paper work is seamless and my experience with Shamrock Real Estate gives me the confidence to keep buying and listing. Thank you for such a professional staff representing me, your customer.

Brad Taylor and Anyssa Taylor were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond in helping my sister and I selling our family home. I would highly recommend Shamrock Realty to buyers or sellers.

Very poor communication and lack of professionalism. I was interested in purchasing a property in cash that I found listed on their website as well as several other sites. When I inquired about a viewing, I got a response from them saying they would check to see if it was available. That night, pending signs went up on all the listings, but no response from them.

After emailing two more times, I finally got a response 2 1/2 days later with nothing else but the words "No longer available". No one bothered to try and inquire about what other properties I might be interested in, what I might be looking for, or what my price range was. I couldn't even get a complete sentence of a response. You would think that generally, when a potential buyer shows up looking to make cash offers on houses that the real estate agency would be at least slightly motivated to engage them, but apparently not. I would not recommend.

Have looked at several homes/rentals with Anyssa Harris. Currently in the market for a 4-5 bedroom home, most if not all of her suggestions have been 3 bedroom home. When asked pertinent questions about well/septic systems she has no answers and unwilling to find such specifications out. Further, she never says "hello" or any salutation of that matter to myself only addresses my fiance during conversations or showings. Extremely unprofessional etiquette.

On multiple occasions we have reported issues around the rental that were never addressed until the owner of the residence was called. No work orders were ever passed on from Shamrock.

Renting a place from here. They simply don't care about their customers. It's all smiles and laughing at the beginning but that fades fairly quickly. Asked to fix a certain issue multiple times, still hasn't been fixed. Had a urgent issue, which they simply brushed off in a nonchalant way. If you do choose to rent from this place, approach with caution.

Beware of this company they promised 2 places took my deposit then the day we were approved to move in they said they couldn't we can't move in and even though we were approved 2 weeks prior. Said thing is even though Xmas is a few weeks away they turned us away the day of moving now without a place to spend Xmas. Jody was the person that did this beware of any promises they make or you'll be in the same boat as we are. Still waiting for our deposit they took and have excuses. We have four children and out in the cold at Xmas. Beware.

They start off friendly but when you move they'll find anything to screw out most of your deposit even if you clean the place spotless and they hardly fix anything in apartments.
