I would like to share my disappointment with Property Management of Iowa. I currently live in a townhome complex where the owner of Property Management of Iowa didn't respond to issues about units and the grounds. When you complete a form on his website, the form is never completed and answered. Since the property manager is no longer managing the complex that I live in, I am seeing more things done than he did over numerous years.
Every condo/townhome complex should really think twice about brining him in to manage your complex. He likes to feed you a bunch of crap about the complex but will never get anything completed, this is standard way of doing things!

They do not return phone calls. Website is outdated. Phone directory is outdated. Property manager is very reluctant to speak to homeowners, tells you what you want to hear and then doesn't deliver. $125/month is outrageous for the work that does not get done. My lawn literally gets weed whacked and the HOA refuses to put any seed down.
