VMC Management was founded in 1984 by President and CEO, Vera McCants, in response to the need for competent, capable and caring property management expertise for subsidized housing developments. Having spent a lifetime working and volunteering in the housing arena, Ms. McCants first began her property management career in the mid 70's as Vice President for Inner City Christian Action for Housing, (INCCA).
More than 100 clients rely on VMC to successfully manage $5+ million of real estate assets, including 150 apartment units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. We have grown steadily to become a leader of regional third-party managers of investment real estate, with an emphasis in the multifamily arena.
