Tony K and Advanced Property Managers are not good people to work for. Never trust him with your building, maintenance, and vendor proposals. He will take there proposal and mark it up to line his own pockets with your own. They are literally getting quotes and then telling you a higher price. Email me for a photo of the truth.

I lived in a property managed by APM for 4 years, took over the place after a family member lived there for 7 years. Katherine is a peach! Always helpful and responsive. Resolved any small issues I may have had quickly. Property is kept up, landscaping, plumbing, repairs, etc. Snow shoveling/plowing arrived super early on our last snow day which was very helpful.
I was blessed that my rent was fair and affordable and wasn't raised once in the four years I lived there. If I were still renting, I would want to live on a property they manage, lucky for me I'm now a homeowner, so no need! Thanks for everything!

Tony and Katherine from Advanced Property Mgmt. took care of a rental property for me for over 10 years. Living half way across the country it was quite a task to deal with a rental home in New Jersey, but ADP made it a breeze. The rents were always on time and I was always notified promptly when any issues with the property occurred. Eventually, Tony was able to help me sell the property for top dollar. Highly Recommended.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO! Catherine is the rudest person I have ever come across! She is horrible at her job and she has absolutely no manners what so ever! I've had a leak on and off in my business since May 2010! She has sent an electrician once to fix it, one time she sent a furnace plumber knowing it's a bath tub causing the leak, A handy man one time that had no idea what he was doing!
It's awful! Many times they just changed the ceiling tiles and that was it! She has hung up on my several times after yelling at me! She is an awful lady that should not have any customer interaction because she does not know how to talk to people! Just an awful company!

The manager representing Advanced Property Management named Catherine is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to speak to people and hangs up. She is by farthest the rudest person I have come across this whole year. However, I will be reaching out to the owner of the property and let him know.
