MTM Property Management

My family has been using MTM Property Management for decades. When the rental properties became my responsibility, I continued the relationship with MTM and have been very happy with their service. The elder generation running the business has since handed it down to the younger generation and they have been doing a great job. They do walk-though property inspections and keep me informed of any repairs that are needed.

Their approach is hands-on, friendly, and professional. I love that they are easy to reach and responsive. This is not a faceless business where you leave a message which gets lost in a maze of phone tree menus. As a property owner it is great to know that if you call you will get a real person, and probably someone you know personally. The financial statements are very organized and sent in a timely manner. I highly recommend MTM Property Management. Their fees are reasonable and the service is great!

We have used MTM Property Management three times and we have always had excellent service. They are very thorough in selecting the best tenants for our properties and do all the necessary background checks. They check in and check out the tenants, follow HOA rules and facilitate transitions for both the owner and the tenants. We highly recommend this company for their efficient and excellent service. Will certainly use them again as the need arises.

We've had the distinct pleasure of working with Dave Allaband and his team at MTM for many years and they have given us so much peace of mind that we forget we have rentals. This company managed by Dave and Stacy are just fantastic. It has been some time since I used them but this year I asked for some advice and Dave was generous to give me some professional advice even without being a client of his at the moment. The integrity and honesty is so welcomed. You would be well taken care by this company for whatever your rental or property needs are.

The crew at MTM were great. I couldn't ask for better people to manage our rental home. They seem to always have our back when problems arrived. And we're not bothersome like some of the other property management companies. I think they were one of the best companies I've worked with. They have taken care of my 3 houses and a duplex for years. They have always been good with finding tenants. They have found reasonable venders to provide repairs and maintance. CD

Super professional and responsive. You can expect an answer from them within an hour at most! Dave and Paula are super helpful with any questions and are more than willing to quickly help resolve any issues.

Athey stand on top of my condo rental and react quickly to any problem. Even to a full re-mod after a tenant move. Making the next move in quickly and easy. These are go to managers.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great property management! We were coming up to our 4th year as tenants, but we recently relocated to a different state. The entire team are professional, friendly, and responsive. They have diverse property portfolio which are all great value especially in San Diego. The only downside are no pets allowed, however that is the decision of the landlord rather than theirs. In addition their user-friendly website made it easy to login account, pay rent or view billing history, and submit maintenance requests. Definitely 5/5 stars!

MTM managed our La Mesa condo rental for about eighteen years and did an excellent job. They always did a thorough screening of potential tenants and made sure to resolve any issues quickly. We decided to sell our condo, and Cody was superb in representing us. He was very responsive in communications, and the transaction was smooth. MTM has managed my property in San Diego for 3 years while I live in Indiana. They do a very thorough check on potential tenants.
