Sig property management is very unprofessional at returning phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests. Liz colon was appointed to handle the day to day operations for the property I live on by the property owner but she became too unprofessional at giving proper answers to issues I brought up. Time after time I followed her direction and how she wanted me to let her know about the concerns with my tenancy and time after time she came up blank with no legitimate answer.

She told me multiple times for me to call the police department if I fear for the safety of my life rather than her and SIG doing something to prevent the police being needed. Liz wasn't doing her job well enough so her boss Sally Scott stepped in for her. Now Liz colon left the company due to her not being able to do her job well enough I assume and Sally refuses to get a control of the property I live on.

If anyone reads this from SIG, I'd like for you to pick up the phone, grow a pair, and call me to see how you can do your job and how I can pay you the year worth of rent I owe. Rent which you have voluntarily not accepted.

I would give no stars if I could. We looked at a rental applied the next day, paid the $40 fee, and NOTHING was done! They had rented it to someone else. I called to see what the status was as it had been a few days. I was told they normally notify either way 48-72hrs later. Since that hadn't happened, I was asked to wait an additional 24-48hrs and to call back if I heard nothing.

The place was taken off the market the next day after the call, and a couple of days after that, we were notified via email they rented it to someone else that applied prior to us. I was informed in that email about transferring my application to another rental but only had seven days. There was nothing else that fit for us size and price wise. I informed them of this and requested the alloted refund per California law.

The law states that if you don't do anything with the application, a refund must be given. I NEVER heard from them again after requesting this. They NEVER ran my credit, contacted my current landlord, NOTHING, which means by law I'm supposed to get a refund. They are not legally allowed to keep the application fee for profit. I would NEVER give this company a chance again. It sucks cause they have many properties throughout the valley.

This property management is unethical. If they can do something to turn a penny they will. No matter the ethics involved. We had a clear understanding with owner of the plaza of our business dealings. 1 day SIG management came along to manage the property and our plaza will NEVER ABE THE SAME. We have been in this location 8 years. THEY PUT AN IDENTICAL BUSINESS NEXT DOOR TO US.

Now We have CONSUMER CONFUSION and TENSION in the plaza EVERYDAY. We told SIG management since day 1 that the new tenant was the same business. THEY IGNORED US. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS WERE NOT GIVEN TO US. Now we are arguing and watching clients walk into the same plaza LOST or unsure which office to enter? SHAME ON SIG MANAGEMENT!

This company don't even deserve 1 star! Customer service is just horrible! We applied to one their rentals in Glendale. We were coordinating with Elenor with our applications. We got so excited that we found a perfect place for us and our pets. We stated in the beginning that we are a time frame for move-in. Boy, they really gave us a hard time with our pet applicatiions/ screening, not to mention the fees considering its a pet friendly place.

We ended up looking for other rentals on the last minute. It was so stressful and frustrating. Elenor even avoided our phone calls. What kind of Property Management does that?

SIG has been responsive to my needs during the long association I have had with them. I particularly like the team approach in management of my property that they are now using. It seems to create good continuity. And I just love Angelica. she gets the job done efficiently.

I had a great experience with Liz Colon at SIG Property Management company. Her quick responses to my emails and expertise in her profession made it possible for my issues to be resolved in short amount of time. I highly recommend working with Liz Colon if you have any issues that need immediate attention. She is wonderful!

SIG has been a great company to rent with, the online portal makes it super easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests, which are taken care of in a timely manner. Liz Colon has been very helpful in making sure things are taken care of quickly, as well as getting any changes in our lease smoothed over easily. We plan on staying at our current place with SIG for a long time.

Her quick responses to my emails, text messages and phone calls, and her professionalism help me to complete my projects on time and without any complications. SIG Property has very good apartment management. The apartment rental price is somewhat comparable to the average apartment rental price in the market. I believe it's worth mentioning that even though you have been a long term tenant they still take care of your apartment meaning they update your garage doors, bathroom, windows, and the like. Liz Colon, most specially, has been very helpful to us. She responds to our emails almost instantly and she makes sure all our concerns are addressed. I would definitely recommend any SIG rental property to anyone.

Absolutely delighted with our new apartment and management. We've had an exceptional level of service from SIG thus far. Dealing with Liz has been a breeze and she always responds quickly to emails. SIG also has a fantastic web portal which has made paying rent and managing maintenance requests very easy.
