I have lived in their Studio City property for years and they're always on top of everything. Amir reaches out to me constantly to make sure everything is good with my unit. The maintenance team especially Cecilio are extremely professional and get the job done fast. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Don't hesitate to move in if you are looking for a new apartment.

Parsa Properties, at first, seemed like the real deal. we saw the apartment that was being offered, and we stayed in touch with Amir throughout the entire process. he mentioned that everything was done online. everything. out of desperation, we submitted everything within a day and asked when we can give our deposit so we can sign the contract. Amir said that we had to pay our deposit online so we can receive the contract to sign, submit, and get the keys. we paid, what seemed to be a part of the deposit: $1000.
Once we paid, we asked about the contract. We did not receive an answer. in fact, we did not get any type of response the second we made the $1000 payment. I called so many times, left messages, and also called his "personal" number. Amir ghosted us, and we nearly lost our money. I had to stop the payment through my bank by paying an extra $30. you WILL get scammed if you deal with this property management and Amir.

Is the worse place to leave here on San Antonio TX the manager never do nothing he is not even on the office and since March 19 I have a problem with one of the restrooms an is creating mold thanks to the apartment upstairs that the manager doesn't fix and everything time I tell him he will tell me that he will put me a broken lease or a viction so my next step is to go legal anyways I have the proves
