In 1974, Bill White and Bob Gooden formed a company to develop property in Burlingame, California. They saw an area ripe for future growth and had a vision to make it happen. It was clear to them a fully integrated model and a hands-on approach to tenant satisfaction was key to forming a successful real estate company.
Matt White is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Basin Street Properties. As the Chairman and Chief Executive, he is responsible for both developing and managing Basin Street's strategic direction and the direction of its investments. Finding new projects and identifying original opportunities also fall within his purview.
Tenant satisfaction informs everything we do. All property managers and engineers are on-site and empowered to solve problems and improve experiences large or small.
