Henry and Lynn S Hill, as a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in property management, leasing and sales in Napa, Sonoma and Solano Counties in CA. JHL Commercial Properties handles property management and leasing for over 1 million square feet of leased and managed properties including office, warehouse, medical and retail spaces.
Scott is a Real Estate Broker who goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly at all properties. He acts as the liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors. Scott understands the power of relationships and has cultivated a network of key relationships both within and outside of JHL.
A Property Manager is a trained professional whose purpose is to preserve or increase the value of the property. Property Management services can be provided in any combination as required by the Property Owner. Fees are negotiated based on the services provided. All of our Property Managers work with owners to minimize expenses and maximize property value and cash flow.
