We have been fighting to get issues resolved with Celeste Williamson for 5 years! It appears to be a huge inconvenience for her to do her job! She doesn't answer phones, or emails. She does not address safety concerns such as multiple street lights that are not operational. Extremely disappointed with Prime Management! We do not recommend them!
