I truly don't understand what this company is operating for as management for HOA. First of all, they are so difficult to get through to. Even the secretary at their office told me that the manager is rarely ever present. They are always in a different city instead of doing their job. They refuse to do anything except collect HOA fees to pocket. For instance, the gate for my neighborhood was not functioning properly and in response they said no one else has reported the issue so they won't be doing anything about it.
Why would I report a fake issue? I live in this community and I pay HOA fees every month for them to call me a liar and refuse maintenance? Furthermore, they never change the code to the gate so now that is holiday season, there are people coming from outside the neighborhood to steal packages. I have the entire theft caught on camera and they aren't even responding to my email with my evidence.
What is the point of paying HOA to live in a gated community with "security" provided by Patrol One when I can't even have my packages shipped here with confidence? If you can find a different property that is not managed by this company PLEASE pick that one. I wish I had known sooner before I moved here.

This is a response to someone in the business who replied to my original review. They unfortunately didn't have the courage to respond to the email I sent directly, but clearly need to save face here. They also don't know the definition of certain terms they've used, like "defamation". Had they consulted with an attorney, as I did, they would know that defamation is defined as stating something that one knows to be false. Defamation is not the act of sharing an unprofessional experience one has had.
I've not encountered a company that, as of May 2021, has ONLY 1 star yelp reviews. Most companies have a variety of reviews, but solely 1 star reviews is, in my opinion, embarrassing and telling at the same time. If I was the owner of such a company, I would at some point stop and ask myself what exactly I was doing in terms of serving the community.
But clearly, this owner just gets on the offensive. As I had said previously, if you see the name Pat Sheehan on a sign, I would recommend having your own agent to deal with her because it was my experience that a listing I interacted with her on wasn't transparent. It felt shady and the communication was very poor.
