Criteria Report

We currently have $200 million of ongoing capital and exchange requirements. We expect to acquire more than $300 million of real estate in 2021, and are currently looking for properties that fit our criteria below. Properties requiring immediate release or those who have short-term tenancies are both welcome, as are properties with environmental issues.
