My husband and I started Premier Home Management, LLC by learning from my own life experiences with inheriting and owning a second home and having had an aging in-place parent four hours away in another state. If that experience has taught me anything, it would be that problems involving plumbing, electrical, landscaping, appliances, and a host of other issues don't wait to happen when you're in town. What makes this more of a problem is that many of these issues need to be dealt with promptly before they become larger and more costly issues.
Upon signing on with Premier, your home will get a comprehensive initial inspection (items listed under inspection details). Scheduled MONTHLY Property Inspections (maximum of 2 hours will be allocated for each inspection). Vendor and Contractor Coordination via Email, Phone, or Text (this is to include pre- and post-arrival cleaning service coordination).
The monthly fee includes the 2-hour maximum time for inspections and the services listed previously in the plans. If you, the homeowner, request an extra service from Premier, we will do our best to fit it within the 2-hours allocated to your home on inspection day to save you the cost of the hourly rate.
