Lisa A. of Rolls Landing may quite simply put may be the most rude, unprofessional person I've dealt with in quite some time. We were prospective buyers. Glad I talked to her before purchasing the unit, sadly she cost the owner of the unit a buyer. Biggest question out there, if the condo association isn't using your credit score to "Approve" you to live there, then why is Star Hospitality pulling a hard credit inquiry?

I have owned multiple condos in Florida and in Canada over the last 3 decades (rental units and residences). Over those years, I have dealt with dozens of property mangers as a Board member, a buyer, a landlord, and an owner. I highly recommend Star, especially Sherry D. Don't mistake the actions of a bad Board with a bad property manager. A good property manager cannot please everyone.

She is responsible not only to the Board, but to the owners and she is bound by law (718) and the governing documents. Sherry knows her stuff, she is responsive and good value. When this company started "managing" my neighborhood they never sent any information, or even the amount that we need it to pay. 6 months later i recieved a letter from a lawyer, he was able to reach me and tell me what i owe and to who I owe it to, of course now with all the late fees and etc. When i contacted them they said we cannot talk to you, you need to talk to the attorney.

They were not able to give me any information again where to send the payments, or the amounts, and i still dont know how much i owe monthly. This is very insensitive for a business to behave during this difficult time with the pandemic.

This business is located in an industrial park on a gravel road. It manages numerous Home Owners Associations. It offers meeting rooms for board meetings but the venues are cramped and no American flags are in place for Pledge of Allegiance. We deserve better.

Pleasure to deal with. Sherry does an awesome job for Burnt Store Meadows. Beautiful & valuable neighborhoods get and stay that way with proper management.

Won't answer or return calls. Sheri will have the receptionist tell people she is not around even though you can hear her in the background. She also will direct business to her friends. Do not use this company.

Working with them on a refinance, and Penny Hill has been so helpful! She made contact at every chance to help us get a loan closed. Every issue she was right on top of it. Penny is a great asset to your team!
