This is perhaps the most incompetent company I have ever encountered. They filed fraudulent liens over my neighbor and me over purportedly unpaid association dues. They had never notified us, they filed under a nonexistent statute - the illegalities kept adding up. I proved [using my closing statement on the house AND their own records marked "Paid in Full"] that a years dues had been paid UPFRONT at closing.
They released the lien [but it remains on Florida records]. They then sent a bill for me to pay for their fraudulent filing costs! Incredible! I discovered that Florida statutes require you to prove "willful" intent to commit this felony Of course you cannot prove a negative. Stupidity, incompetence and ignorance are not excuses when you commit a felony in Florida, So, I can merely suggest you avoid this corrupt and incompetent Company.
