We have been with TJM for 7 years & enjoy renting from them. I've always touted them when someone needed a place to stay. Thank you TJM for giving us a home.

We are coming up on renewing our lease after being in our current residence; TJM's staff are so kind and easy to work with as long as you communicate with them (some past reviews are laughable now that I'm a resident with them) Thankful for Y'all, our girls love our home!

The staff here are all super nice! They took the time to show me a number of properties, and even answered all of my 101 questions to help me find my perfect home!

TJM is an excellent group of people to work with - nice people and very professional. We rented a house through them for over 2 years and it was a fantastic experience! They were always very responsive any time we had a question. All the information is presented up front and clearly. We had a couple of minor issues as can happen in a home that's a few years old & they took care of things SO quickly! We couldn't be more happy with TJM!

The absolute worst people to rent from. Ladies in the office are always rude. They love to charge more for rent each year but will not upgrade anything for increased rent. And then then charge me $300 for painting over normal wear? And another $200 for cleaning over normal wear after I already spent $200 on a cleaning company to clean it. Absolutely ridiculous. Chad in maintenance is the only good thing about TJM. 10/10 do not recommend.

I'm close friends with a previous tenant and they took complete advantage of his deposit. Gave him a poor make ready to move into and then charged him like it was a brand new rental when he left. The reason I am writing this review is because I find their responses to previous reviews extremely unprofessional and telling. Exposing people for having low income?

Low credit score? Publicly? It is the landlords responsibility to keep personal and credit information confidential. "We understand it can be frustrating for our applicants to hear that they did not qualify due to poor credit, insufficient income, or many other reasons that contribute to our decision. What we tell all of our applicants who failed to qualify for a property is that they (a) need to work hard to raise their credit score, (b) work to improve their on-time payments, and (c) they should apply for properties that are commensurate with their level of income" The person who made the initial review only mentioned the bad customer service they received. Note: I don't have to do business with you to bring attention to something you posted publicly. If exposing applicants private information publicly is how y'all do business, don't expect to not have any backlash.

The worst renting experience of my life. Am currently being charged $1400 for water because of a leak in the building that I was not aware of. The office is saying that they won't cover the charge because I should of let them know about the leak THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF AND WASN'T COMING FROM MY APARTMENT! Talked to Melissa today, who has been condescending, unprofessional, and rude my entire stay, and she hung up on me twice when I asked about update on the water situation, and said she would call the cops if I call again.

These people are the worst, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! EDIT: I never threatened your employees? I had no idea there was a problem with the toilet until it completely exploded water all over my apartment. You moved me into a defunct apartment and you will face the legal consequences. Thanks.

I am just thankful for TJM Realty Group. Called into a local competitor by the name of RPM Highland some time ago, this company left me on hold for over 20 minuets. I eventually called into TJM who got me squared away with a brand new apartment in awesome area. Would defiantly recommend.

TJM is a very shady and unethical realty company and property manager! They lie to their clients! Do not trust that they screen and properly tell you the truth when managing your property. After we hired them then people warned us about them. Unfortunately too late! So please listen. DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I love their response. Once again not true and blown our of proportion. Actually laughable on their response.

TJM Realty has excellent properties which are well maintained as well as excellent staff who are quick to answer questions and handle any concerns. They screen potential renters and keep their properties safe and clean. Rest assured, you will find a great place to live with people who truly care about providing quality service and homes.

TJM Realty has been really great! My family especially appreciates Melissa for going above & beyond to help resolve a plumbing situation my parents were experiencing in their rental home. She made sure it was addressed & resolved very promptly. The staff is always very friendly & always willing to help.

This company has ethical issues. I have stellar credit (800) and have never been turned down ever based off my renting history. I was told by this company that I have to pay 9-12 months up front if I want to rent with them. I'm in the process of opening a business so they choose to say I have no income coming in. Even though I'll be paying myself 50k once the store opens.

Doesn't matter though. Credit scores prove behavior. That's the point of working hard toward great credit is exactly times like these. It prove your financial integrity and thus, your risk. Furthermore, they said they normally would approve. Yet, they are not because of COVID?! So, let me get this straight. During these tough times for everyone your company makes it even tougher on the community?

Very bad company policy as it is only making It harder on the local community. I feel for people who are more desperate than myself. Especially, if they have to be dependent on companies like this. Follow up on this. The owner responded a month later letting me know that I could just go to my bank to get a loan for low interest. As if that is a normal and convenient option. Also, continuing to say I had no income.

I had did have compensation coming in that was discussed with the property manager. Then, stating they do not have ethical issues. Well, if you had this policy of not renting to individuals who do not have a job (but excellent credit and could prove finances) then why did you allow me to go through the application process? The land lord new this was the case and still took my 30 dollars.

When I asked for a refund due to all this, my email was ignored. Unethical as my money and time was taken when I did not have a chance due to your silly policy. Just another example.

We rented through TJM for two years and had a pretty good experience with the staff there. Melissa and Chad were stellar! Everyone was friendly over the phone. I gave the review only 4 stars because we had some issues with pests getting into the property. Any and all other issues I had were addressed immediately. Heater was fixed, AC was fixed, any leaks were fixed. Overall a good experience with TJM and their staff : thanks guys!

We rented a home from TJM Realty for 6 years. If there was ever an issue with anything, they always sent Chad, one of their courteous maintenance staff over to take care of it promptly. Would recommend TJM to anyone needing rental property.

Don t waste your application fee- I just moved here to take care of my brother who is a disabled veteran and his children while he goes through a divorce. My brothers income is 6 times the amount of rent of a place we were interested in. I let the lady know we had bad credit and she said she could work with us with a higher deposit. Two days later we were denied on our application because of bad credit and also because I don t have income.

Why do I need income when my brother has plenty? I need to instantly have a job after moving even though I am a caretaker for a disabled Vet? It was all right out in the open and she still accepted the app fee and blamed it on the business office. I asked for the app fee back and was denied. I was advised from another Realtor in the area that TJM is known to be horrible and renters are always looking to get out from under them. Is this how they make money because people won t rent from them? I m a bit happy this happened before getting roped into a year lease.

I have had THE WORST experience renting from TJM. My freezer went out twice in about 10 months of renting there and neither time would they pay me back for the food that was ruined. They tried to say my nephew (who was 2 at the time) was hanging on the door causing the hinges to bend and that is why it kept breaking. IMPOSSIBLE! He wasn't even tall enough to reach the freezer. Secondly, My AC went out in the middle of the Summer.

I called them on Thursday when it broke. No one bothered to come fix it until the following Monday! I had to go 3 1/2 days with NO air! And you know how hot Texas summers gets. Most recently, I was sitting in my bedroom about 5pm on a Saturday (note the office is only open until 2 on Saturdays). I assumed it was my sister coming home. Then I hear 2 male talking and look up and there is an Asian man and a Hispanic standing in my living room.

I ask him what them what they're doing there, and tell them to get out, and the refuse to leave until I pick up my phone and threaten to call the police. It turns out, one of the office girls (name is Michelle- unsure of the last name) had given these 2 strange men a key to my apartment to come "check it out" because I was moving out a month and a half later. I would NOT recommend renting TJM Realty Group. EVER!
