Signature Leasing & Management

I am a landlord with a property next to one that Signature leasing manages. There have been many issues with the tenant. When contacting them about the issues, they did not seem to care. When notifying the company that the current tenant had an active warrant when they leased to them, they did not care once again. This in my opinion is a company, with a lack of integrity.

With as you can see by the pictures of their own property, they do not even care to pick up trash left on the premises. (In response to companies response) When it comes to speaking with your company during normal business hours, that was done in person with a member from your management team. Your rep stated that he did not feel the information about the tenant in Fort Worth was applicable.

As for the pictures, they were taken on the same day when I spoke to management. In which were geo tagged, and dated. (Which screenshot that has been added, now shows to all that you are attempting to mislead others in your business practices. Even when it comes to something as small as trash located on your premises.)

Signature Leasing managed a rental property for us for over 30 years. We recently decided to sell the property & hired them as the listing broker. Our agent, Richard Singer, provided valuable guidance on fixing up the property prior to sale. We were thrilled to receive multiple offers above listing price within days of putting it on the market. Richard communicated regularly throughout the process and guided us every step of the way. I highly recommend them for property management and sales.

Never available when i call or email. my cars have been towed off their property three times and i live on the property. They wont come out and fi anything with my condo. my property has been broken into and i stay in a gated community which the gates are never locked. i wouldn't refer my worst enemy to lease with them. please reconsider if your thinking about Signature leasing I'd advise you not waste your time.

Unprofessional company and if you're waiting on Richard to do anything for you don't hold your breath. This company is only about money or doesn't care for people of color. There's a lack of empathy for concerns with your homes. Think twice about this place handling your homes.

I have experienced only all positive experiences from Signature Leasing and all of the staff. They are extremely professional and responsive. Everyone is very welcoming and they really do go above and beyond for you. I do mean everyone in the office from Lauren to April and Richard. The application process was very straight forward. Everything was laid out in black and white.

We did not have the best credit but Signature Leasing was willing to work with us and gave us a chance. We do not regret it! I am proud to say we have been renting the same home with Signature Leasing for six years. We have stayed with them because they truly care about their tenants. Other companies say they will get things done but Signature really gets them done!

During our time frame we had completely positive experiences. Maintenance has always been fixed in a decent time frame (usually within 48 hours which is very fast). The properties are well upkept. During COVID the office is more than willing to work with you. Actually it has always been that way, (they are so easy and great to work with) as long as you keep open communication in writing.

They have always been very organized which is also very important. They are not just "another leasing company." They 100% care about their tenants and landlords alike. I have recommended Signature Leasing to several of my employees and close friends. If your looking for a leasing company that you can trust and that cares about you, Signature Leasing is the one. Look no further, you will absolutely not regret your choice.

I had to extend a thank you to the contracted staff members of Signature Leasing who assisted last week with my repairs. Rufius and his associate, who's name I didn't get to catch, were both amicable and professional as they came and repaired the issues in my home. They were courteous and polite as they navigated our personal space. For the garage door personnel, they accommodated my schedule and was able to do the repairs quickly and efficiently.

I have to admit, the garage door is better now than when we moved in over 3 years ago. Not only can we get in and out, which is extremely important during these cold months, but it is significantly much more quiet. So, a huge thank you should be extended to them also. I believe Joe was the person who fixed it. Again, I rarely have to make requests for repairs, but when I do, I am always satisfied with the outcomes.

I have been in one of their rental properties for 6.5 years and they have always been on top of their game. Whenever I had an maintenance issue, they responded promptly to the request. Whenever I knew I may "possibly" be late, I always called to let them know and asked what my fee would be and paid it promptly by the date I had given them. I have never had an issue with them.

I was upfront with them and they were with me, all while maintaining professionalism. I am only moving on do to relocating with my employer. I would recommend their services any day. If I return to the Dallas area, they will be my first contact for a rental property. Thank you all so much for keeping my family and I safe. We have enjoyed our home of the last 6.5 yrs and the departure really is bitter sweet! Blessings to all the staff!
