Helpful, professional, real estate management company. My sister lives at Granada Towers almost ten years, came back after Sandy rebuild. They answer questions by phone, in person, courteously. Building, heating, cooling, security, laundry room, super services provided on the daily. Responsive.

I just been told by managing agent Angie Vazquez that pictures was taken from inside my apartment without my knowledge or consent. This was after I complained about her superintendent was up in a tree, cutting large branches down, right over my wife's Audi. She claimed she found nothing wrong with no notification nor respect for personal property. There is a lot more. I about to get them fired. Wish there was a negative 100%.

My agent Carol Okin is a gem among professionals! She helped me rent my apartment quickly, efficiently, and professionally. She assisted me in all phases right up to and including preparing the lease and welcoming our new tenants! I wouldn't use any other agent or agency! Carol Okin and Topper are the Tops!

Had an appointment to see an apartment. The morning of the appointment, it was canceled by Jeffrey. "HIs car wasn't starting." We rebooked for days later and I was very specific that I was worried that it would be gone. "Not to worry" has says. Turns out the landlord was a family friend of Jeffrey. Since I was already in the neighborhood, I tried to see the apartment and low and behold the landlord let us in. Filled out all the paperwork, which of course includes all personal financial information. Jeffrey had basically no input and since I was the first to see it. Waited. Jeffrey calls to tell me apartment was rented to someone else.

Which of course was what I was worried about when he cancelled. Miserable broker experience. Selling family house and Topper Realty will not be on the list of brokers, thanks to Jeffrey's' unprofessional behavior and wasting my time.
