Incompetent and arrogant. They don't respond to any request and terrible at their jobs. It's freezing in our apartments and I have to request heat every single day to get a little bit like I'm begging them. Try to avoid at all costs.

Extremely professional, quick responding, and a great overall management company. They were fast to deal with any small issues that came up, and I am happy with my experience with them.

We have been with All Area for a good 7-8 years now and have been approached by rival companies who have told us to leave and go with them, but firstly we are loyal to those who are to us. All Area has always helped us save where we can. They give us sound advice, which we take and have been able to save a lot of $ through the years because of it.

I would highly recommend them, they have an amazing bookkeeping department and the managers are top notch. They always call back, and I have even see the owners get involved. They are a family run business and you can tell. They actually care!

The air conditioner in the lobby has to be run 24 hours every day, otherwise, any resident who turn it off or unplug it will be fine. Besides, the crystal lights in the lobby has to be turned up to the brightest day and night. Coincidently, the monthly common charge has been gone up by 25% from 2015 to 2021 in this year. Another 10% increase is on the way.

The entire condominium building is controlled by the only one person, a self-announced president without being approved or voted by all residents here. The management only listens to any idea from the above person. However, all residents have responsibility to pay for any incurred expense from the substandard and poor quality project. Increasing the common charge and getting the fine are the common ways that the staff know how to manage the building. Therefore, the residential building is managed by fear and threat. If you like democracy, look for a fair and honest realty service or concern your budget, you had better stay away from this one.

AARS doesn't respond to emails because they apparently don't care about their co-op customers. They are months behind on a construction project and refuse to provide any updates. Our health, safety, and quality of living has been compromised while we're being ignored. I'm not sure why our co-op still does business with these people. In particular, our property manager at the Floral Park office has completely failed at her job. A one-line non-answer with no follow-up. How does this company still exist? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My law firm has worked regularly with All Area for over a decade and it has always been a pleasure. They are professionals who stay current with real estate trends and technology and go above and beyond to serve their clients.

My law firm is legal counsel to multiple properties managed by All Area Realty. I find them to be reliable, accessible and really nice people to work with. I would highly recommend this management company if you are in need of one or looking to make a switch.

Its freezing in our apartment, they don't even pick up the phone, when my neighbor wrote a letter to them they blamed the tenant for the low temperature in their apartment. Windows were supposed to be replaced MONTHS ago. Walls are leaking every time it rains. This group does not get anything done on time EVER. The persons who wrote the 4-5 star review don't know what they're talking about.

Reviews written here are from either late payers, or tenants that think their management companies are there to serve them specially. Most people that are happy don't write reviews. But the guy that tried to move in on the weekend and had a party at 3 am and got reported, those are the keyboard warriors. I cant just cant stand the travesties that some of you write about some of this companies.

All Area is just a management company. They do what the Board tells them. Contractors get paid, the bank goes down, the mortgage doesn't get paid, the building goes on default. When All Area tells the building they must make an assessment or raise the maintenance, everyone freaks out. When shareholders start electing professionals or people with real estate, construction and accounting backgrounds, then you have a Board that can make things happen with any Management company. Yes, we had a few hiccups with them, but they are head and shoulders above the other dozen or so management companies I deal with on a monthly basis. Michael Lago is responsive, Shah the accounting fellow is effective and our supers are terrified of them. THATS A GREAT SIGN!

Everyone is not as good as the next guy. But, if you can get the manager to pay the bills, collect funds and keep the place clean - than that's 80% of what they are hired to do. All Area are good people - but to those that are asking for things like their faucet repaired, adding another name to the shares, or they just want special attention every time they call, then you need a personal assistant, NOT A property manager.

When All Area took over our building, it was SH!%. Today, along with a great Board, we are becoming the pearl of Briarwood. THANK YOU ALL AREA AND MICHAEL AND YOUR TEAM that sometimes doesn't call back the within an hour. LOL

I am a board member at my coop and AA has been with us for the last several years. They are absolutely horrible! The company is not versed on the details of certain types of developments in the city, leaving board members to become experts in areas the managing company is not. The company has cost us thousands of dollars in lost fees because of a clerical error by their staff, and when we requested a meeting with the partners to better understand what happened and how to avoid this issue in the future, they sent us the Chief Technology Officer that admitted there is little to no oversight of their management team. Seriously?! Purchase, sublease, and refinance applications are charged fees by AA to process but go months without completion.

As we interviewed new managing agents and they did walk throughs of our property, so many, and I do stress so many, concerns/violations regarding codes with the FDNY and Department of Buildings were immediately recognized that AA never identified on their weekly visits to the the property. If you truly care about your property, your investment, and your neighbors, I would strongly suggest you look to another company that is well versed on codes, laws, and the guidelines of managing real estate in the city.
