The worst management company ever. They hire the cheapest vendors for everything. They do NO maintenance. When something rots or breaks it stays that way. They love to fight with the condo owners. They will not stand by you, they will deny deny deny and do nothing. Big mouths for sure. Do not hire this horrible company for anything.

**update** The lock company came, door is still tied open using a green extension cord. My mother did receive an email from Russ, threatening to post a reply including false information, in an attempt to bully and embarrass her. I have a copy of the email, it was handed out to all residents here and posted publicly. If you'd like a copy, please contact me to see for yourself.

Our "locked" front door gate has been broken for months. Now we have no door handle. Landacaping and snow removal services are pathetic. Just call them with a concern and see what their attitude is, it will speak volumes.

I have lived in my community for almost 20 years and Bristol South is our 5th or 6th management company in that time span. We have had them for close to 5 years and they are by far the best. Great communication with residents and very informative at our annual meetings. Other companies would assign a new manager every few months but we have had the same site manager since day 1. Keep up the good work.

I have been living at a condo managed by this company for almost 3 years. The landscapers hired to do the landscaping is terrible. During the spring and summer they spend at most is 10 minutes for "lawn care" for the entire condo property. There are trees that are pretty dangerous to have around the condo and could one day fall over and hit the condos. Neighbors have reached out in the past about this with little to no response.

The parking lot conditions are terrible with major pot holes and they seem to not care. In the recent snow storms, including the past blizzards our lot has barely been touched by a plow. I have expressed the property manager under multiple occasions I am an essential health care worker and in need to have the lot plowed therefore I am to get to work.

I am also sure there are other essential employees who have a similar struggle with this. The first time I reached out I received a response 2 days later AFTER the snow storm. Apparently the plows come for 5am (they do not). Lately the plow truck does not arrive until around 11 am on a week day and they did not plow my parking spot despite my car not being in the spot giving them the opportunity to clear it.

Mine you, the tardiness of the plow truck coming, I had to figure out a way how I was going to make it through the parking lot. The past blizzard, knowing the plows will most likely not be plowing the lot, I had no option but to stay at a hotel knowing I would be able to leave with no issues. Sure enough after a long weekend of working, I come back to find the lot was somewhat plowed and not my parking spot as pictured.

We pay for these services in the HOA fee and the lack of competent services is mind boggling. Mind you the response from the property manager is unprofessional and does not see an issue with this.

I've Had the pleasure of dealing with Bristol South management company for a good long time. Chris Yule is Awesome with a capital A. The knowledge is second to none they work very well with communities they manage they take care of everything that comes along no matter what time of day or night.

I had the misfortune of living in two condominium complexes that were managed by Bristol South. They did a poor job managing both. While I was living at my second condo, I had a major flood. They didn't lift a finger to assist. The master ins was paying for it, so it was incumbent upon them to facilitate repairs. Repairing my unlivable home was not a priority.

They were unresponsive in general and follow up was poor to non-existent. One time my drain pipe came loose and was flapping in the breeze. They finally sent someone out to take a look. He tied it up with string and never returned. EVER. I had to sell it that way.

I've lived in a condo managed by these incompetent fools for 12 years. They mock you when you when call. The building elevator is constantly broken, the dumpster is overflowing, people drive the wrong way in the parking lot and they harass people about petty things instead of dealing with the building issues. Nothing is ever their fault and they need to take responsibility for their issues instead of mocking their residents. Thomas Yule is a monster. Terrible.

Aweful Management company. They don't communicate with any of the owners. They don't respond to owners complaints via email or phone calls. Trash piles up by the dumpsters and they do nothing. People park in spaces and they do noting about it. Get rid of them.

WOW! GREAT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! Very helpful! I miss placed my approval letter that I received from Bristol South for a community 1 hour prior to the auction for my home. I called Bristol South and they were able to help me immediately! They emailed my letter and I was able to get to the auction on time. THANK YOU BRISTOL SOUTH! YOU ARE THE BEST!

We are a Resident Owned Community in Halifax Ma. and we have had Bristol South as our Management Co. for the past 15 months! I deal with Chris, Cindy and Sharon on an almost daily basis and can't say enough about how good and helpful they all are! We are a large Community of 430 homes with unexpected problems coming up all the time and I know I can turn to Bristol South for the help and guidance we need to handle anything that arises.

I never have any problem getting through to them and getting the answers I need. They are very professional and also very friendly. I don't know what we would do without them!

I have been a Realtor for 22 years and Bristol South Management Company is the worse management firm I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They also manage the condo complex where I lived. They were incompetent in issuing a 6D certificate for my closing. The check was received and cashed two weeks before the closing and as of the day of the closing I had not received it. I would never hire this firm and hope that I never have the misfortune of working with them again.

They refer to the people as "customers" that alone is worth a 1 star. But they are also a sub par property management company. They are however very good at fining people for the most pedestrian of infractions but have little interest in taking responsibility for managing the property and making sure things are done in a timely and efficient manner.

Just look at the other two negative reviews on here. The people that run this company are so hypersensitive! Immediately claiming the negative review is "unfair" and that the review is invalid because they aren't a "customer" (I still don't get that. Are we at a convenient store?) In closing the trash/snow removal are sub par but I will say that the landscaping is pretty decent. They make sure my dirt gets mowed at least once a week.

Awful! This company does nothing but harrass and overmanage their properties, owners and renters. Most recently, the dumpster has been overflowing so we have kept our trash on our porch (rather than add to the disgusting mess in the parking lot) until the dumpster has been emptied. Well, chris, who "manages" the property decided to take a picture of the one sealed bag of household waste and 2 pizza boxes and send it to our landlord, threatening us with a fine.

Absolutely unreal! How about, around the holidays, you schedule an extra pickup with the waste management company instead of harrassing good tenants and their landlords. Maybe a better use of time.

Worst property management company ever. Super unfriendly. Micro manage the things that they shouldn't worry about and could careless about the things they should focus on. I have had 4 neighbors sell their condo due to the management company alone. They assess ridiculous fines for everything! $200 a day for having my kids bike on the porch. Wtf! Can't wait to move into my house and not listen to these wardens!
