Target Property Management is a privately held company that was founded in 1998. The objective of Target is to develop a customized management system, including the placement of a competent management team, using procedures, systems and reporting schedules, which have been proven most successful within the industry.
Our entire staff is professionally trained to provide comprehensive service in financial management, physical maintenance and administration. We seek to deliver tested methods and resources to address the needs of the community associations and to help create and/or implement new techniques to bring about desired results.
A cornerstone of a successful association is effective governance principles and practices - principles that support communication and practices that delineate responsibilities. Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely association financials is a cornerstone of our firm. While I have been working with Target Property Management only a few years, the personnel, both Property Manager, Marcie Hummer and Associate, Jennifer Johnson, have proven to be very professional, efficient, and competent. Support was given not only in the spirit as professionals, but as a member of our Association's team, which creates a win/win working relationship for all.

We've been extremely happy with this mgmt.group. Mgmt companies are in a tough situation, often playing referee between neighbors. Without an hoa, you can have neighbors junk up their yard and lower your home values without any recourse. Anyone complaining about rules is usually someone violating them.like, pick up after your dog, don't leave trash in your yard, register your animals etc. These aren't hard rules to follow. Target does.a great job of keeping neighbors informed and I really appreciate that.

Our condo community contracted with Target for several years. After numerous meetings year after year and nothing ever being accomplished we finally fired target as our property management company. We hired a new management company and the development is changing ever so quickly -on the positive side and things are finally getting accomplished with our new management company.
Target never follows through with anything. The collections were out of hand, as well as numerous other issues. The maintenance costs were astronomical. Nothing was ever accomplished with this management company. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass.

Target Management is the worse! They like to send violation letters out and fine you for ridiculous issues and it just comes down to harassment. We have 2 board members that are president and vice president that live in the community and are retired. They have nothing better to do but complain about other residents not following the very rules that they break themselves. This company and the members needs to be replaced.

Our association has been going through a very difficult time in its development. Transition, Parking issues etc and through this difficult process Leanne and Target have been working tirelessly to continue to provide a beautiful, safe and fiscally sound community. There are so many challenges and difficult decisions to be made and rules to be enforced. Some of these are not always popular but Target continues to provide great service and support. I would recommend target and Leanne specifically.

I've worked with Melissa at Target for close to three years now and have found her to be extremely conscientious and very professional in her relationship with us here at Sweetwater Condominiums. I moved from a self managed condo and Target makes a world of difference, quick response, courteous staff and all around good service.

Target is a top notch property management company. Our association is going through transition and Target is very involved in helping us through the difficult process. Whenever I have had any issues, Leanne is very helpful. She is always very friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure any problem is resolved. I highly recommend Target and especially Leanne.

We blew through a handful of epic fail management companies at this property over the years. Unbelievably poor service. Last year we brought Target online.and the feedback has been VERY positive. We finally got a real management company who responds to owners, performs their tasks, and shows a genuine interest in our property. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had a problem with one of my properties being managed by this company. I spoke with the owner of the company by the name of Carri. She was very concerned and empathetic and let me vent about a few issues I was having. She assured me that issues would be addressed immediately. She conveyed to me, that as the owner of Target Property Management she wanted her clients to be happy and made to feel appreciated. I was very impressed that she as a CEO was accessible to her clients and listened and was willing to resolve the problems in a timely manner.
