Grier Group Management is a full service management group specializing in the fields of community association management; which includes condominiums, villas, subdivisions, investment, and real property management. We were initially founded with the purpose of enhancing the quality of living for the Grier Family. Since that time, the family has grown to include our "family of employees" and their families, our "family of communities" that we manage; our "family of owners" in our communities, and our community at large.

GRIER GROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY is a full service management group specializing in the fields of community association management, which includes condominiums, villas, subdivisions, investment, and real property management. The firm is organized to resolve the financial, maintenance, contracting, and supervisory needs of the client.
Record keeping and financial reporting are key services provided by GRIER GROUP. Included are paying of bills, recording of receipts and disbursements, and preparing of income/expense statements; monthly and annually. The collection of association fees, including a daily record of deposits, is a basic service provided by GRIER GROUP.
GRIER GROUP, at the direction of the board, prepares specifications for all contract work, obtains competitive bids and certificates of insurance, prepares service contracts for board signature, and obtains lien waivers. GRIER GROUP is attentive to homeowners' needs and responds to their complaints immediately.

If I could Rate this lower I would. Submitted my payment 2 times now for my HOA dues. It's been 12 weeks now and they have yet to be posted. Funny, I got my pool passes though! Payment made 1st of March finally stopped payment on the 13th of May. 2nd check sent and then I received pool passes, so I figured all was good. Nope. Asked to speak with a supervisor and Mary put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. Then guess what noone now picks up! Funny how I am trying to pay this and cant!

If I could give them less than a one star I would. My home burned, total loss; house is condemed and It took them ten business days with three calls to Treestne, a w/o request, a phone call to the board/ Lombardo, a call to the fire marshal, and the city inspector to get them to open A CLAIM! I am waiting two days for a letter which should have taken ten minutes to get a restoration company authorization to go into the home. Horrible service for fourteen years. They Co- mingle funds. My 2020 ledger had a 500.00 error. this has happened multipe times.

I just moved into my home and when I called to get set up on the portal they called me back within 1 day and were very helpful. Apparently they used to be Grier Group, which they were transparent about the when I spoke to them. It seems like this company has a lot of bad reviews under their former name but I have personally had a great experience so far. Is it possible should be angry at their association boards, A management company holds the money we pay for assessments but they can only do with it what the board allows based on the board's rules and regulations.
