Never had any issues with J&H as property managers. Emails were promptly responded to, and the teams was pleasant to work with.

I've lived in one of their rentals for 5 years and have no complaints. I pay my rent on time and put in maintenance request to make sure I keep their property in good condition. In return, they're very responsive and prompt with maintenance repairs. Jeff is very courteous. He comes out and gets the job done right the first time. I never come home to a mess because he makes sure it he cleans up after the repairs and always follows up with me after to let me know what he did.

I have lived in the Primrose apartments for a few years now and can't complain about the response time of my property manager Angelica. I have always gotten fast responses back about any questions I have. Big or small. The rent is fair and the apartment complex is in a quiet Neighborhood. I love having a full size washer and dryer right in my apartment and a garage for storage on the property.

I have lived in a number of apartment buildings and would have say these are the quietest. The walls are pretty sound proof. I rarely hear my neighbors in their units. I would not hesitate to suggest these apartments to friends and family.

We have lived here for over 15 years and since Johnson and Hellekson took over as property managers, there have been many, many improvements to the interiors as well as the exterior of the buildings/property. We have one of the older units with original, outdated carpet and linoleum and have been offered to upgrade if we want. Any issues that we have had (I can count on one hand!) have been handled extremely quick and have also been followed up on.

They work with you if you have any issues - open communication and honesty go a long way! The resident portal makes it super easy and efficient to pay rent, set up maintenance orders or even just to drop a quick note. I would highly recommend renting from these guys- you can tell that they take pride in their properties as well as taking care of their tenants :)

Jeff Johnson and Angelica Grebel are not management material when they act like criminals. They did not care about smoke in our smoke free building. They befriended the people responsible and they let these neighbors harass us whenever they pleased. They also ignored proof of this harassment. They lied to WI DATCP and everyone else about us being the problem, and they made our residency as painful and problematic as they possibly could by retaliating against us.

These people got offended when we told them we were going to talk to an attorney to know our legal rights, which they shouldn't if they weren't doing anything illegal. They also tried twice to get us to sign a nondisparagement clause. They also tried and failed to take us to court over a petty matter. Do not go to this company at any cost. They drive the good people away while letting the bad ones thrive. We lived at the Primrose apartments in FDL. These people only get 1 star as I can't rate any lower.

We WON against Angelica and Jeff in court! And they still refuse to admit any wrong. They also don't know how to be mature, grown adults and accept negative reviews posted. Instead, they act petty and childish by creating fake 5 star reviews that conveniently counter every point in our negative experience, down to the thickness of the walls in the apartments where we used to live. If they actually cared about their tenants, and not just the money and their ego, they wouldn't have to worry. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

My wife and I live here in the Primrose apartments in FDL and absolutely love it, we tell all our friends to move here when we hear they're looking for a place. Angelica the property manager has always been incredibly helpful anytime we message her with any concern or random question from emergencies to forgetting our garage code. The apartments are really nice and in a quiet suburb, walls are thick so you can't hear neighbors, we love it here! Definitely an upgrade from our last place and with a very helpful landlady.

I lived at Pine Tree for 8 months and I have had a very good experience. Upon moving in there was new carpeting, new laminate floors, a new oven, and a new chandelier installed in my dining area. It looked beautiful. Recently I had maintenance done on the inside parts of the toilet. I made the request to Angelica and the same day the parts were fixed neatly and promptly. It was easy to communicate with Angelica. She is pleasant, prompt, and courteous. She is willing to answer any questions that I have. I enjoy living here.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a management company in all my years of renting. Unresponsive. Take months to fix any work orders. I placed a work order in September of last year, and it is still not fixed (although they closed the work order in the resident portal even though it was not completed).You have to complain and constantly text the maintenance man in order for him to come out and actually complete a work order.

He will schedule a time to come out, and not show and then not tell you that he didn't come, so you would then have to reach out again to see when they would actually be out. The amount of unprofessionalism this company puts out there is mind boggling. The building I live in is beautiful (City Center Junction ), but the management completely ruined the experience, and that is quite unfortunate.

I am hopeful that the new management taking over will be better. I am sure if they see this review they will leave some sort of nasty comment like they have with the other bad reviews. It wont ruffle my feathers so all good. "and thats all I will say about that".

Hi! So my fiancee and I have been renting here for over a year and a half now; our landlady Angelica is so helpful and BEYOND responsive! I have been messaging her about small things over the last few weeks and she has been on top of it, and she is so nice The apartments are AMAZING by the way; amazing value for what you get, as well as being super well taken care of.

The sidewalks and driveways were always plowed in the winter, and even some of the residents will go out of their way and help around the grounds if they see anything out of place (myself included). Overall, 10/10 for sure, I would say the BEST experience with renting i have ever had
