Andy at EK Properties did an excellent job in getting my studio rented out quickly. From the moment I contacted him, he responded immediately in getting pictures and having it posted at various sites. Although the studio is attached to my property, I was unaware of the several times he came to show the studio. He always acted in a professional and courteous manner and was able to get the studio rented quickly and with an excellent choice of tenant as he does a great job of screening out the potential tenants. I highly recommend him for property management needs.

Takes advantage of renter's. Charges double security deposit but will not return but a 1/3 of your $ to add improvements to the property at your expense. I would think twice about my decision from rent with Andy Ek again.

Formerly Tom Guy Management, Ek Properties has helped me with my home rental for 2 years. Our family moved out of state for a time and we found Andy Ek to be our Property Manager. I'm SO glad I did! He found me our first tenant within 24 hours and our second a year later in 1 week. I have 2 neighbors who are also renting their homes out, but both of their Prop Mgrs are duping them out of money and not getting to issues their tenants are having.

I hear it from both sides, tenant and owner. There are so many management companies out there who are trying to make money on things they shouldn't. Like repairs. Andy uses great people for carpet, painting and home cleaning and they're all decently priced. Every time I've called Andy, he's picked up the phone or called me back fast. He's a one-guy operation and does it so well.

My boyfriend and I rent a really cute place from Andy @ Ek Properties. Andy is always available for any need and is very prompt with correspondence. We live in a nice, small complex in Leucadia and Andy is very selective with the people he chooses for the units. I love where we live and I love dealing with Ek - best management experience I have had thus far.
