They have been harassing us about an Electrical panel replacement, where we replaced it two months back and provided proof. However without looking at the proof we sent, they continue to harass us about it. We made our HOA payment on time May 3rd, 2022 and they turned around and returned the payment back to us on May 9th claiming that we are past due. This sort of harassment of homeowners is unacceptable and will be reported.

Walters management just took over the HOA duties at my complex within the last month. I literally haven't even made the 1st payment yet. I had issues come up that needed immediate attention. Once they responded back to me, Yasmine Johnson has been absolutely awesome. Keeping on top of everything, pretty quick responses, and keeping me updated. Very much appreciated. The team at Walters Management is very responsive and helpful. Can add a bit more of a kindness to the entire act. I always get answers real quick to my questions and the communication from the management is very good. There are certain things that I wished the community did such as clearing up the leaves from the trees more often rather than blowing it back towards the building.
After the leaf blowers do their job the leaves are back every where by a gust of wind. This is not a major issue and probably I didn't bring this to their proper attention. Overall, I am very content with Walters Management.

I dealt with Karen Birch. If all of those in Walter's management is like her, they are the Best. Karen was very helpful, patient, just an overall caring person. My tenants (having financial problems) would fail to let me know the HOA was not being paid. Karen kept me involved letting me know how I could pay fully or with payments. Because of her trust I make sure all was caught up. Thank you Walter's management.

The team managing our Eastlake I HOA is professional, responsive and absolutely great to work with! We've never had an issue submitting a home improvement project and getting approvals lined up in a timely manner. They are also very supportive of community initiatives and providing the resources we need to make them happen. They provide excellent value for an extremely reasonable monthly HOA due. I have no hesitation recommending the team that manages our HOA and Walters in general!

Walters Management has been supporting our Highlands community since we first bought our home in 1990. The maintenance and landscaping has always been properly cared for while the rates for our community have been kept at very low, reasonable monthly costs. Pest Control is very responsive when needed.
