Wanted to rent an apartment. Told me they'd let me know the day after, nice. A few other things came up that they had to reverify, no problem. I give them all the information that they need for me, they said they'll let me know. They don't call me that day. Ok, I call them, they said they have not made a decision. I call them next day and they said, we will you call you before 5PM.

Never call me, so I call them and they say: "sorry, you didn't get it". Truly a waste of time. Waited on this apartment for over a week. Bad realty. No seriousness in the employees, lack of organization and communication. It is not that I got denied, it is more of how long they took to make a decision. The decision that was meant to come in the next day, came in weeks afterwards.

If I got denied the next day, cool. I wouldn't have written this review. I would have accepted the decision and moved on; however, they wanted to waste my time, so here I am wasting their time to read this review.

I've been with them since December and enjoy their team. I am a tenant in one of the homes they manage and let's say they handle business and get things done

Ansley realtors are very nice and helpful in any concerns that even a prospective tenant has about a rental. It seems they manage rentals and other properties very well.

It was my first time dealing with a water leak and the team here helped a lot. It was done in a timely manner. Brian communicated with me and gave me a peace of mind with updates. Great customer service!
