Placing the right tenant is the single most important step in the process.Our lease agreement is detailed and fully compliant with all fair housing and tenant-landlord laws. Comble charges an extremely competitive, all-inclusive 8% management fee and Lease fee of 1/2 of one months rent. We do not mark-up repairs, you only pay what the vendor charged. We make owning your property simple and only require you to read your monthly statement and receive your monthly check. All of our property managers are experienced professionals that will have deep knowledge of your property's area.
50% of one month's rent for leasing, and 8% of rent each month beginning the date of occupancy. Continual contact with the tenant regarding rent collection, maintenance, and enforcement of the lease. Complete accounting of lease income, repairs and maintenance, bill payments and other activities. Meeting at your property for an initial consultation.

A good property manager is someone who you can trust to take care of your home, represent you fairly, and is prompt to address the tenant's needs. Louis and the Comble Property Management team have been all of that in the year since we've engaged them. We've done a bit of research and homework before reaching out to them and we haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and hope we'll have more properties for them to manage!

My experience with Comble Management was very positive. I have previously used another agent to find my tenants and this time she was unavailable. They did on ok job during our lease term. Made repairs quick and returned our calls. The beef I have is the way they deducted money from our deposit. I don't think it's my responsibly to have the carpets cleaned. After move out I told them that and they just had it done and deducted it from my deposit. they also paid the water bill from my deposit, even after I told them I would pay it.
