A good property manager is someone who you can trust to take care of your home, represent you fairly, and is prompt to address the tenant's needs. Louis and the Comble Property Management team have been all of that in the year since we've engaged them. We've done a bit of research and homework before reaching out to them and we haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and hope we'll have more properties for them to manage!

During my meeting with Louis, it was obvious that they have an in-depth knowledge of the rental property market, much more so than who I was using before. Comble Property Management is not the biggest property management company in the area, and that worked to our advantage in this case. The entire time we were renters, we dealt with the same three people (Dean, Louis, Louisa), who knew the (rather interesting) house we were in and its quirks intimately, and they knew us and our situation. We were always able to get a hold of someone promptly and when stuff needed to be fixed, it got done promptly without any problems.

Annual inspections and owner needs were communicated well in advance. No surprises. When it came time to move on, they worked with us on the date (we had a last minute delay) and they didn't give us any issues with normal wear, and we got our entire deposit back in less than 2 weeks.

They did on ok job during our lease term. Made repairs quick and returned our calls. The beef I have is the way they deducted money from our deposit. I don't think it's my responsibly to have the carpets cleaned. After move out I told them that and they just had it done and deducted it from my deposit. they also paid the water bill from my deposit, even after I told them I would pay it.

I'm very happy to provide a positive review for Comble Property Management. They have been very professional and attentive to our requests. Louis has even driven out to make a quick repair to the disposal, eliminating the need to hire a handyman. I hope the owner appreciates his efforts, I know we do.

Louis from Cobble is extremely knowledgeable about renting out properties. Last four plus years he is property manager and he found renters really quick but most importantly very people, that's because he does a good job of checking people credit report. Also he is always on top of things and never worried about need to follow up with him. Overall I am extremely happy with them.
