Through our commercial property management division, Haymaker Property Management, our company was court appointed receiver for nearly 20 properties in the 1990's.
Haymaker Property Management, formerly REMMCO Services, Inc. was formed in 1992 to manage property for property owners who invest in real estate, but who are involved in other business activities, therefore, do not have time, on a daily basis, to manage and oversee their valuable property assets. From our perspective, the primary function of a property management company is to professionally manage and provide a full range of maintenance services for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets which includes professional office property, retail commercial property, including strip centers, outlots, and shopping centers and industrial property, including warehouses, truck terminals and distribution centers.
Through our commercial property management division, Haymaker Property Management, our company was court appointed receiver for nearly 20 properties in the 1990's. Our company took those properties and immediately began to continue the day to day maintenance operations, made necessary repairs and maintenance, started a dialogue with existing tenants for rent collections of current and past due rents all in an effort to stabilize these properties and to maintain and improve the property values.

This company is GARBAGE! Do not live anywhere they are over. They do nothing but hide behind a desk and demand money for nothing. They don't include you in any processes as a HOW should. They don't tell you when meetings or events are then demand their money. These people are not only unprofessional but the lowest of lows as a company goes. It's truly sickening in a pandemic how garbage and cowardly businesses like this operate.
