Brittney Sherry showed my husband and me an apartment that was already decided for another tenant. once we submitted our application and paid her fee, she stopped following up with us. didn't even bother telling us the apartment was no longer available Initially, I thought we weren't receiving good service bc we were gay couple from out of town. but reading other reviews, Brittney just seems to be an unprofessional realtor who isn't good at her job. FELT LIKE A SCAM while we can't say brittney will never help anyone find a home, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENLISTING HER SERVICES. Especially seeing there are many other options only a google search away.

Park place managed my rental home for over 5 years. It was easy, they have a great method to find renters, and super professional. They also sold my property quick and hassle free. I can't image having a better experience any place else!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Positive reviews are fake. Horrible service. Not responsive to calls or emails. Do not fix problems with rental, including AC, electricity problems, door handles sticking, etc. Dismissive, mean, snobby property managers - even to clean, professional, respectful tenants.
