Amanda Ostrander of MKB Realtors is a realtor who goes above and beyond! I am a first time home buyer, and she was there to assist every step of the way, from looking at houses to making an offer to closing. Brandon W was simply THE BEST realtor I've ever had. He made the process super simple, and followed my whim when I wanted to be let in about 50 different houses. He was exceedingly responsive, always available and represented MKB Realtors very well. We did almost everything electronically and he drew up papers and fixed errors promptly and without complaint.
He's very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. I felt at ease with him. He's not afraid to tell you the truth about the house you're viewing! Well done; should I need real estate help again, he will be my go-to.

Josh did a wonderful job assisting us buy our first home. He was friendly and helpful and was always available to answer questions, took us on multiple tours, always kept us in the loop in communication between lender and seller, and was always sure to explain the difficult ins and outs of home buying. I cannot recommend enough!

As clients we feel they didn't have our best interest as sellers. Seemed more concerned for buyers and their realtor. Allowed buyers to be insulting and disrespectful to us and our home. Office staff and broker were rude and made disparaging remarks towards us. Lisa Seifred would yell and hang up phone. Kit Hale sent hateful email disparaging us.
They canceled listing with no legitimate reason. Mr. Hale did not forward in a timely manner a signed copy of cancelation of listing. We had to call a few times before receiving it. It was preventing us from hiring another realtor. They made an extremely hard time more stressful than it was. Would not recommend MKB or Leah Hedrick. She did not advocate for us, her clients
